The Protection, Empowerment and Community Action Against Child Marriage (PECACEM) Project was implemented  in Gomoa West District and Mfantsiman Municipality in partnership with UNICEF from February 2016 to January 2018. The Project promoted an  enhanced safe and protective environment for children that prevented and responded to child marriages and other forms of child abuse and exploitation at the community level.
