INGAP serves identified groups of 15–25 children who share a common need or potential. Phase I (2020–2024) assisted 375 learners in Amrahia and Kpogede Community Schools, while Phase II began in 2025 with 60 participants in three schools in Accra. Learners receive support delivered through a group model that fosters peer encouragement and life-skills coaching. Sponsorship ends after completion of SHS 3.
