SCHOOL OUTREACH/DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAMME

As part of the activities, the unit undertakes a discipleship program that aims to nurture young boys and girls in schools to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ through Bible studies, health talks, quizzes, and fun activities. These discipleship activities are conducted in 10 schools across the Volta, Central, and Greater Accra Regions.

Students in the Secondary, Vocational and Technical schools on the International Needs Child Assistance Program (INCAP), and those in different apprenticeship programmes are also beneficiaries of the discipleship program.

The One Bible One Child project is a key component of the school outreach programme, which aims to share the Word of God with children in our schools. By providing personal Bibles to students in grades 4-9, this initiative enhances their spiritual growth and development, laying a strong foundation for their faith journey as they read and study the scriptures.

In addition, the programme also focuses on strengthening Bible Clubs in schools where International Needs Ghana functions. Opportunities are given to the children in the club to study God’s word in order to grow in their faith and love for God.
